Brutal - I did put some kind of cream on them though to bring down the itching. If that doesn't work..hit the bottle hard. It isn't a disease of the old, I got a case like 10 years ago. Stress can bring it on. I was stressed from a specific work event. Boom, shingles appeared around my groin! When I got an outbreak of pustules around my junk you can believe I went to the doc within 72 hours though. I don't know if they broke out someplace else for you or if you just sat there looking at them for 3 days. Junk pustules=instant doc visit. Don’t sweat Shingles.
