Is that asshole still in charge
I tend to avoid the news in normal situations, so this vacation has been even more isolating. I made the mistake of picking up a Time magazing on the flight home. Turns out things didn’t just get sorted out while I was drinking wine. Shame really.
Once again we tested the rigid “photo ID required” at the gate. Went four for four, they accepted Michelle’s passport as my ID and vise versa just like everyone else. On another amusing security footnote: This was a flight to the US so there were extra precautions. To get into the area where our flight was boarding we had to go through another security check were our bags were searched and everyone was frisked. The guy checking my bag got distracted then asks me if I had been frisked already. If he figured I’d answer that one honestly we could have skipped the damn line and he could have asked me if I had any concealed weapons.
