The country is in chaos and whatever agencies and government help that were dedicated to adoption and child welfare clearly have other priorities now. I am working on a post about adoption, but my thinking had been like yours at one point. I thought, well, they apparently don't even want little girls in China, I'll just get one of those. Unless you are Brad and Angelina it's not that easy. It doesn’t work that way Shannon.
